The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all guest rooms, common areas, and facilities are clean and well-maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Skills Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is required. Knowledge of hotel housekeeping practices is an advantage. Proficient in floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
