Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health and safety standards. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are kept tidy and organized. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Familiarity with housekeeping management techniques to enhance efficiency in cleaning processes. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
