OF OVERALL PURPOSE

Wash and sanitize all dishes and pots/pans for multi-venue food outlet.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Dish Room Wash all plates, utensils, pots, pans, trays, serving dishes and other food related items. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Maintain all cleaning equipment and report any functional and mechanical problems. Maintain clean and sanitary dish room. Food Service Assistance Stock food court serving lines with clean/sanitized dishes and utensils and other items as needed. May assist with receiving of food products. Set-up break-down of dining areas Other Duties Receive and stock cleaning items. Sweep/mop floors in the dish room and food court. Remove trash and take to trash receptacle.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OUTSIDE NORMAL WORK ENVIRONMENT

Regularly required to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, balance, use hands and arms. Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds, unassisted. Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include rotating shifts, nights, weekends and/or extended hours of work.
