Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene. Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
