This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is highly organized, and enjoys being part of a family environment.

Weekly Hours:

Guaranteed 30 hours per week, with flexibility for more

Pay Structure:

Open to payroll or cash arrangements

Live-out Primary Responsibilities:

Daily floor mopping and full-service laundry General cleaning and regular deep cleaning of the home Care of high-end items including fine dishes and furnishings Home organization and tidiness Occasional errands such as dry cleaning and post office runs Light outdoor area maintenance and pool care House-sitting and deep cleaning for 46 weeks during the family’s summer travel

Qualifications:

Good communicator, warm, personable, and trustworthy Highly organized and comfortable handling fine household items Experienced in maintaining large homes with attention to detail Valid drivers license and personal vehicle required High school diploma or equivalent Standard vaccinations required CPR/First Aid not required, but appreciated Provide 3-5 professional references Must have U.S. work authorization
