Your role is crucial in creating a comfortable environment for our clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage floor care tasks, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring fresh supplies are always available. Execute housekeeping management tasks to maintain organization and efficiency in cleaning routines. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure carpets are well-maintained. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained for optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is an advantage. Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving for extended periods. A background in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is a plus but not essential.
