The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance and hygiene of various surfaces. Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks. Assist with cooking or meal preparation when required, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences. Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products, including carpet cleaning methods. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
