Housekeeper The Enclave of Palm Beach Condominium Association, Inc. Palm Beach, FL 33480 We are seeking a thorough and reliable Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent cleanliness standards, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the common areas of a condominium building. Your efforts will directly contribute to a welcoming and pleasant environment for all residents and guests. Responsibilities Clean and maintain all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and shared restrooms Ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness within assigned timeframes Deliver excellent customer service and respond professionally to resident requests or concerns Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, damages, or shortages to management Handle reasonable complaints or special requests and communicate effectively with the team Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and consumables as needed Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies Skills Proven housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred) Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Proficiency in the English language High school diploma or equivalent required
