1 week paid vacation, holidays, and sick days A private couple in West Palm Beach is seeking a Full-Time, Full-Charge Housekeeper to support the care and upkeep of their soon-to-be-completed 7,200 sq. ft., two-story residence . This is a newly constructed home, and the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization from day one. The household is quiet and respectful, and the principals value professionalism, discretion, and consistency. This is a long-term position ideal for someone seeking stability with a kind, low-key family.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily general cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning of the entire residence Floor care including mopping, vacuuming, and polishing hardwood and tile floors Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and surfaces; wash interior windows as needed Complete linen and laundry care, including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organization Maintain pristine conditions in kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and all living areas Restock household supplies and run errands such as grocery shopping Light meal prep is a bonus (e.g., breakfast, sandwiches, salads, etc.) Occasionally assist with pet care (home has a small dog and a standard poodle) Ensure the home is always guest-ready and tidy
Ideal Candidate:
Local to the West Palm Beach area (strongly preferred) Highly experienced in full-charge housekeeping for large private homes Pet-friendly, with comfort around dogs Discreet, quiet, and professional in demeanor Self-motivated, efficient, and able to manage the home independently This is a rare opportunity to join a welcoming, respectful household with long-term potential and clear expectations.
