In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various residential and commercial spaces. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will ensure that our clients enjoy a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain freshness and hygiene. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules. Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Doing in-person and video quotes, and upselling while on the job. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices is an asset. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in hotel housekeeping is a plus. Knowledge of custodial duties, including proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
