As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed while adhering to hotel standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in the organization and management of housekeeping supplies and equipment. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and lobbies. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Uphold the club’s policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is advantageous. Must be physically capable of performing the duties required, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
