Understand and follow instructions in basic English; no client interaction is required — your focus is strictly on cleaning. Complete tasks within the scheduled time frame and according to company standards. Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or unusual findings to management promptly. Follow all company policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. RequirementsSkills Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards. Good time management and ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Education No formal education required. Experience Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required . Free on-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates. A certificate from 360 Crystal Clean will be awarded upon successful completion of training. Additional Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching) for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
