The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position is essential in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their stay. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels as per hotel standards. Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly. Ensure public areas are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Assist with special requests from guests as needed to enhance their stay experience. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus. A background in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
