!!! Come join our FUN team here at Aventura at Bay Place! The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of assigned Residents rooms and common areas. This includes light housekeeping for the same residents every week. At Aventura at Bay Place, you get to build relationships with your residents and have a set schedule every week. Possibility of working around resident pets.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

Performs general housekeeping duties in Residents rooms, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal, and dusting of all cleared horizontal surfaces. Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.

Other Duties:

Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Maintains resident confidentiality at all times.
