The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing rooms and facilities. Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is an asset. Familiarity with floor care procedures, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hotel environment.
