The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Ensure that all areas are left in a clean and orderly condition after each shift. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols is a plus.
