We are currently seeking a part-time housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to clean and get rental home units in a mobile home community ready for the next tenant. This candidate will also be responsible for cleaning common areas and the clubhouse. Responsibilities will include:

Clean and tidy rental units in preparation for the next tenant to the standard cleanliness within time limits. Clean and tidy common areas and the clubhouse. (Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning windows, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and kitchen appliances) Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues Other tasks as needed or assigned by management

Skills:

Proven working experience in relevant field Ability to work independently and remain motivated Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

Schedule:
