Cleaning Specialist Southern Green Residential & Commercial Cleaning Davenport, FL 33897 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and clients. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies as needed (e.g., paper towels, soap). Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
