Housekeeping / Floor Tech Bridgewalk on Harden Health and Rehabilitation Lakeland, FL 3110 Oakbridge Boulevard East, Lakeland, FL 33803 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping and laundry operations. Duties Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high cleanliness standards. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Handle dry cleaning processes as needed, ensuring garments are cleaned and presented properly. Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure all areas meet quality standards before guest check-in. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as necessary. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, ensuring equipment is used safely and efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and laundry processes, including dry cleaning. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols while performing duties. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.
