About Us:

We are a construction business and many of our projects involve getting homes ready to become someone’s new home. We need to create the best first impression for these new residents! All homes must be clean from top to bottom and must also smell amazing. Most cleans will be full cleans, but occassionally a partial clean will be needed or a light touch up clean if a home has been vacant for a while after construction finished. We are not looking to hire employees, we need cleaning contractors that own their own business and would like to add to their current work load.

Responsibilities:

Vacuuming, and mopping floors. Steam Cleaning carpets Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly, including appliances. Cleaning windows, blinds, light fixtures and mirrors. Wiping fingerprints and smudges off walls. Sweeping garages and porches

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential cleaning is required. Reliable transportation to and from work locations. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. To become one of our Cleaning Pros you must be able to: Maintain accurate records and photos of all work performed and products and equipment used. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing using a phone, laptop, or other method with our team members. Work both independently on jobsites and as part of a team (our team is the “back office” and does work for your benefit on all work orders). Be responsive. All work is distributed via an App. You must respond to work offers in order to receive work. You will control your travel distance and work schedule. The cleaning orders we send you are yours alone, you are not bidding against competition. Once you have been onboarded as a Pro, you simply need to accept or decline each job when it is offered. You need to have at least 2 years of verifiable experience cleaning residential properties. Construction cleaning is a plus. A background check is required, and we need to have proof of auto insurance in your name, along with general liability insurance. Worker’s Compensation insurance or a qualified exemption is also needed. Prior experience using app based electronic communication is a big plus.
