Residential Cleaning Sub-Contractors needed Magic Genie Cleaning, Inc. Lake Wales, FL 33859 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning services, including residential and commercial cleaning. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across various environments. The Subcontractor will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of residential and commercial spaces, including offices, hotels, and other facilities. Launder linens and other fabrics as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable. Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care duties, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques. Maintain cleanliness in all areas by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects or special requests from clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning services such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols is essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
