What You’ll Do:
Lead residential and light commercial cleaning jobs from start to finish. Ensure jobs are completed to the Happy Helpers Cleaning Co. standard of excellence. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members. Train and mentor new cleaners as needed. Perform quality control checks and report any issues to management. Must be able to lift 25 pounds Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportations to and from jobs

Experience:
2+ years of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both).
Language:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact with clients and team members.
Leadership:
Ability to take charge of a team and ensure quality outcomes.
