The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that every client receives a high standard of cleaning and care. As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and fresh. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and client preferences. Execute carpet cleaning duties using appropriate techniques and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and feedback professionally. Maintain an organized supply inventory, ensuring all cleaning materials are stocked and readily available. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in cooking or meal preparation is a plus but not mandatory. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning methods, is advantageous.
