Will Train JobDescription:

We are seeking dedicated Cleanroom Production Workersto join our team! In this role, you will work in a controlledcleanroom environment, adhering to strict gowning and cleanlinessprotocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able toread and write neatly in English, and capable of inspectingproducts using a magnifying glass.

Key Responsibilities:

Operatecleanroom equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).Follow daily instructions from work orders and verbal guidance fromLeads/Supervisors. Tasks may vary daily and can include sitting,standing, or a combination of both throughout the day. Loadmaterials into machine hoppers for production. Remove finishedparts from machines as they are produced. Use measuring equipmentto test the accuracy of finished products. Inspect for visibledefects in manufactured products (using naked eye or magnifyingglass). Light Assembly Manually wipe/clean small parts beforepackaging. Package finished products.

Physical Requirements:

Whilenone of our products are heavy, employees may handle packaged itemsup to 25 lbs. Assistance is always available for tasks that are tooheavy or cumbersome for one person.

Qualifications:

Ability to readand write neatly in English. Strong attention to detail and abilityto follow written and verbal instructions. Reliability andexcellent work ethic. Ability to complete daily documentationaccurately and legibly. Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experienceis a plus but not required.

Cleanroom Protocols:

Personal items(phones, keys, wallets, etc.) must be left outside the cleanroom;lockers are provided. No dangling jewelry (bracelets, earrings)allowed. No eating, chewing gum, or wearing perfume/cologne. Noexposed skin (except face); long-sleeved lab coats, gloves, andhair/beard nets provided. Employees must wear full-length pants orleggings/nylons if wearing capris. No shorts allowed. Shoe covers(‘booties’) must be worn at all times. Must adhere to good personalhygiene standards.
