Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas. Address guest requests promptly and courteously to enhance their experience. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance issues. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing duties. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
