The House Cleaner will work independently or as part of a team, contributing to a positive environment for clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. Handle carpet cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment and techniques. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks performed. Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and commercial cleaning standards is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment usage is essential. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
