The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-organized. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols. Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request additional supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies as necessary.
