GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

When assigned to Rest Area Attendant responsibilities: Reports to Lead Attendant, Site Supervisors and Rest Area Manager

Clean restrooms thoroughly and regularly, walk-through every 30 minutes.
Replenish toilet tissue, as needed.
Empty garbage maximum of 34 pounds, as needed.
Sweep, mop floors as needed.
Keep water fountain clean.
Keep foyer area clean.
Keep curbs clean.
Keep grounds free of litter.
Weed and remove trash from flower beds.
Keep picnic tables and areas clean.
Assist tourist with questions.
Notify supervisor of problems.
Perform detail duties as required.
Keep storage room organized and locked.
Keep garbage area neat and clean.
Close restrooms in emergencies.
Water lawn as needed
Ensure personal appearance is neat, well groomed, and in full uniform
