The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential, commercial, or hospitality environments. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents alike. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor. Supervise junior housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Perform deep cleaning tasks on a regular basis to maintain high standards of hygiene. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the facility. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies. Skills Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles, preferably in a hotel or commercial cleaning setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
