Janitorial/Housekeeping High Rise Condominium Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118 Job Overview Work in a beautiful oceanfront setting; condominium building is less than 5 years old.. Need someone who likes people and is dedicated to doing one’s best. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep. Handle commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas. Execute residential painting projects when necessary to enhance facility aesthetics. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management to address immediate concerns. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good working condition. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
