Laundry and Housekeeping Worker Holiday Inn Daytona Beach at LPGA | Swati Hotels LLC 137 Automall Circle, Daytona Beach, FL 32124 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of linens in our facility. This position also doubles as a houseman/housekeeper Duties Operate washing machines and dryers to launder linens, uniforms, and other items as required. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store clean laundry according to established procedures. Inspect items for stains or damage before and after laundering; report any issues to management. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, including equipment upkeep. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items to various departments. Experience Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is required. Ability to operate laundry machinery effectively and safely. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
