Room Attendant Holiday Inn Daytona Beach at LPGA | Swati Hotels LLC 137 Automall Circle, Daytona Beach, FL 32124 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as needed. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the property. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organized supply cart and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked. Assist in laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks. Skills Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficient in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Knowledge of hotel operations and industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
