Housekeeper Brooms on the Move Cleaning Service LLC Auburn, GA 30011 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming attitude and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Perform cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, kitchens and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and ensuring to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely after use. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing homeowners inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless housekeeping operation. Qualifications At minimum 6 months previous experience in housekeeping management or a related field is required. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and custodial responsibilities is required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
