Houseman Are you a skilled and dedicated individual with a passion for keeping facilities running smoothly? We are seeking a Houseman to join our team and contribute to the impeccable functioning of our County Club. Maintain a safe and secure environment, patrol premises, perform access control, and investigate disturbances. To ensure success, Houseman should demonstrate experience in a similar role and the ability to assess rules and guidelines of the Country Club. Someone who can be relied upon to take proactive steps in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a high visibility presence. Patrolling the buildings, facilities, and perimeters of the premises. Informing personnel and visitors of security procedures, as well as acting upon non-compliance. Investigating suspicious activities and disturbances. Ensure the property is kept clean.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of deterring illegal activity and performing access control. Experience in documenting security procedures and observations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
