Housekeeping 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars 5 Bowen Ct, Cartersville, GA 30120 Facility Housekeeping This position reports to – Program Director The housekeeping staff is responsible for daily and weekly upkeep of overall cleanliness of the facility in all aspects. Housekeeping will maintain the offices, kitchen, and client rooms as well as the facility and client laundry as scheduled. Housekeeping will assist in light maintenance as needed and within their knowledge scope Essential Job Functions 1. Responsible for cleaning offices and all public spaces daily. 2. Responsible for all facility laundry. 3. Responsible for all facility trash. 4. Responsible for maintaining sanitized and safe environments within state regulations. 5. Reporting any quality or maintenance issues to the Program Director immediately. Adheres to and ensures facility policies and procedures. Abides by all safety/risk, infection control, and other guidelines, as required. 8. Reporting all supplies needed to the Program Director for ordering. Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for cleaning group rooms and offices at the end of each clinical day including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. 2. Responsible for cleaning the kitchen and dining rooms after each meal including sweeping, mopping, and dishes as needed. 3. Responsible for cleaning client rooms after they check out and washing linens to ensure the new resident has a sanitized bed. 4. Responsible for washing bedding weekly on a predetermined schedule. 5. Responsible for assisting residents in laundering their personal clothes and returning them to their space. Housekeeping is to devise a laundry schedule with the resident’s rooms to ensure timely use of the space. 6. Responsible for taking out all facility trash daily and replacing liners. 7. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing any bodily functions or spills according to safety protocols. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
