This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills and have experience in industrial cleaning and housekeeping management. Duties Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Perform laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels and resident laundry. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines. Conduct floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed to maintain the overall appearance of the facility. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding cleanliness. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively. Knowledge of floor care procedures and equipment operation. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff.
