Disabled senior needs help in small apartment. Includes laundry on-site, wash and dry; take out trash; move trash bin from sidewalk location; organize things; vacuum floors. It’s easy work for someone with mobility. Retired person looking for extra cash is ideal. Perhaps a high-schooler or college student will fit in properly.
