The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, along with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with established standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces. Change bed linens and replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred, particularly within the hospitality industry or hotel settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in floor care and industrial cleaning. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff members.
