Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently, reporting any maintenance needs or inventory shortages. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with other staff members in the hospitality or industrial cleaning sectors to ensure seamless operations. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding housekeeping services. Skills Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures. Proficiency in cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
