Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established cleanliness standards. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services, ensuring linens and towels are cleaned, folded, and stored appropriately. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals.
