The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position requires a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Someone that cares! Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways and common areas to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping and polishing surfaces. Emptying trash bins, replenishing supplies and cleaning restrooms. Collaborate with housekeeping by stripping rooms. Respond promptly to requests from guests or coworkers for additional cleaning or maintenance needs. Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary. Skills Proven experience in industrial cleaning within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong understanding of custodial best practices. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff. Familiarity with housekeeping processes is an advantage. No relocation assistance provided.
