The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including hotels, hospitality venues, and industrial facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a welcoming environment. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and organized. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the establishment. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial work is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices can be advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
