Duties You will handle routine and deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, flooring (hardwood, tile, carpet, and softwood), common areas, and outdoor living spaces such as balconies and screen rooms. Additional tasks include laundry, linen changes, organization, trash removal, light meal prep or fridge clean-out, and occasional restocking of household supplies. Experience with high-end finishes—marble, specialty tile, stone, and custom woodwork—is preferred. Schedule and Pay The role is part-time, averaging 30 hours to 40 hours each week. Start and end times are flexible and can be arranged Monday through Friday to fit both your availability and the homeowners’ schedule. Compensation begins at $14.00 per hour during a four-month introductory period and increases to $18.00 per hour thereafter. Wages are paid every two weeks. Mileage is not reimbursed. Requirements Applicants must be U.S. citizens or possess a valid work permit, have reliable personal transportation, and be comfortable working without direct supervision in a large household.
