Position Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time positions available We are seeking a reliable, committed and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Professional to join our growing team. As member of our team, your daily tasks will involve comprehensive residential cleaning, either independently or as part of a team, and traveling between client homes to complete scheduled cleanings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties, including: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces and floors in all living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and reporting low supply levels to management.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide polite and professional communication.
• Address client questions or concerns in a timely manner.
• Travel between client locations as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have daily access to a smart phone and the internet.
• Prior experience working as a professional cleaner is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thorough, high-quality work.
• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to work a full day on your feet for 6-8 hours, completing a variety of different cleaning tasks and client cleaning requests. Why Join Our Team?
