The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain health and safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hospitality environments such as hotels or resorts is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
