Job Overview The Men’s Locker Room Attendant at Dunwoody Country Club will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and comfort of the locker room facilities. This individual will provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times. General Responsibilities
- Ensuring the locker room is clean, sanitary, and well-stocked at all times.
- Providing locker assistance to members, including distribution and collection of towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
- Assisting with locker assignments, issuing keys, and maintaining a record of locker usage.
- Greeting members and guests warmly, providing information, and answering any queries they may have.
- Monitoring the locker room for any issues or problems and reporting to the relevant department.
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all members and guests.
- Performing laundry duties, which may include washing, drying, and folding towels and club uniforms.
- Handling lost and found items according to club procedures.
- Adhering to all club policies and health and safety regulations.
- Assisting in other areas of the club as needed.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a team player, with a strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
