Job Description

Job Details:

The primary goal is to make sure all the pickers are set and scolder temperatures are set to pick the feathers off the carcasses. 1. Monitor equipment of pickers and scalders throughout the shift. 2. Wash down picking room during breaks. 3. Assist and monitor product flow in rehang room. 4. Monitor hock cutters. 5. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 6. Must be able to work in hot temperatures. 7. Must be able to work without direct supervision. 8. Must abide by all department safety rules. 9. May be subject to rotation.
