Job Description
House Cleaner Elite Clean Team LLC Atlanta, GA Housekeeping Cleaner (Hourly-Based, Flexible Hours) We are a cleaning company seeking trustworthy and motivated Housekeeping Cleaners to join our growing team! You’ll handle a variety of light and deep cleaning tasks, as well as organizing duties, for residential and commercial clients. This position has many opportunities to grow as we expand. Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities:
Clean and organize residential homes, businesses, and office locations. Maintain a clean and orderly environment. Move small furniture as needed. Provide and maintain cleaning supplies (stipend available for initial setup). Occasionally assist clients with laundry, dishes, or light pet-related cleaning (e.g., animal waste). Interact professionally with clients to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to travel to client locations (this is a must). Strong communication skills to accommodate last-minute scheduling changes and share your availability. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is equally valued. References that we can verify. Ability to pass a drug test (excluding THC).
Pay and Hours:
Flexible work schedule ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability. We welcome you to keep another part time job – just let us know your availability and we’ll work around it. Training pay starts at $18/hr minimum . Once established, you’ll earn either $23/hr or $30/hr for the Team Leads . This way, you not are penalized for being fast, but you will also be fairly compensated if jobs take longer than expected Tips are added on top of your pay. Felons welcome and we do not care about THC on a drug test, just don’t show up to work high or your contract will be immediately terminated.
