Housekeeping Laquinta by Wydham 1350 North Point Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30022 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail are essential for success in this position. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards. Execute custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Manage floor care responsibilities including sweeping, polishing, and buffing floors as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals according to guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Assist in housekeeping management tasks when required, including training new staff on cleaning procedures.
