Ladies Locker Room Attendant – Fitness (Full Time) Position Available In Glynn, Georgia

As part of your duties, you will be called upon to conduct tours of the spa facility and assist with service at the reception desk, so you maintain current knowledge of all spa policies, procedures, services, and amenities. You readily collaborate with fellow team members to facilitate guest movement through the spa environment and promptly resolve service issues in a timely and positive way

Job Essentials:

Consistently follow your team’s processes and procedures, including standards for quality, timing, safety, attendance, appearance, and lost and found items.

• Remain aware of Sea Island’s properties and its offerings, and enthusiastically participate in marketing our services and products to include fitness, retail, and golf programs.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working to high housekeeping standards, preferably in a resort environment
• Safety mindset; expertise in commercial cleaning and floor care including knowledge of cleaning chemicals
• Physical strength and stamina to perform an Attendant/Host role, maintain ongoing, prolonged physical activity throughout a scheduled shift, lifting 35+ pounds, operating in an indoor/outdoor spa and resort environment, comfort with noise levels, odors, and related products, with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, climb stairs, stand, sit, balance, reach, stretch, bend, push, pull and walk for prolonged periods
• Timeliness and flexibility – you agree to work a flexible schedule. We work at peak business hours, which for us includes weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays
• Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
